Why I set up Wholesale pricing/Volume pricing but it doesn't show up?

Make sure you have embedded the app in your (live) theme. Check the pricing by satisfying the customer condition (login or login with tag to see the price). If it still doesn't work, kindly contact us to get better support.

How to show the registration form in your store after creating it in the app?

To show the form in the front store, you need to set up a page in Shopify and paste the embed code of the form in the page HTML mode. Review this document to know how to do it or contact us to get better support.

Why the Quick order form shows up without any products inside?

You need to add a search file of the app to your theme so the product data can be loaded in the form. Please follow this document to know how.

How to cancel my subscription?

If you no longer want to use the app's paid plan, please downgrade to Free plan, the subscription will be cancelled immediately. Please go to the Pricing plans page > Click Downgrade in the Free plan section.

Will my configuration in the Gold plan be affected after I downgrade to Free or Silver?

Unfortunately, yes. You will lose all the features and configurations you previously set up under the Gold plan. Each subscription plan comes with its own unique benefits and features, so once you downgrade and no longer use the Gold plan, the app will no longer be able to support those features.
